Job Title: Youth Program Facilitator (Part-Time)
Location: San Bernardino, CA
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Youth Program Facilitator. In this role, you will engage and mentor youth through academic and career-focused group sessions, helping them build skills, confidence, and direction for their future.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging group sessions focused on academic success and career exploration
Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Encourage student participation, collaboration, and personal growth
Serve as a positive role model and mentor to youth participants
Support program planning and assist with activities that align with student development goals
Monitor student progress and provide feedback as needed
Qualifications:
Experience working with youth or in educational/community-based settings preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and engage groups effectively
Passion for youth development, education, and career readiness
Reliable, organized, and adaptable
