This is a ground-floor opportunity to create a national merch presence from zero — online first, then expanding into live events, vendor booths, sporting expos, RV shows, motorcycle rallies, and beyond.

This is not passive e-commerce.

The Mission

Over the next 90 days, you’ll help build and launch the entire merchandise ecosystem:

• Develop and structure our Shopify store

• Integrate Print-on-Demand platforms

• Test rotating product drops

• Analyze performance and double down on what wins

• Expand into TikTok Shop and social commerce

• Help define a wearable brand identity people are proud to represent

You’ll work directly with the founder.

This is a build-from-scratch opportunity — not a maintenance role.

This position is 20 hours per week, paid at a rate of $20/hour.

What You’ll Actually Do

Build the Machine

• Set up and optimize Shopify

• Integrate Printful, Printify, and other POD platforms

• Connect Sticker Mule offerings

• Ensure seamless checkout and customer experience

• Manage product collections and launch cycles

No inventory management.
No packing boxes.
Fulfillment is automated.

Your job is strategy, product, and growth.

Create Merch That Moves

• Design bold logo and phrase-based drops

• Test limited releases to measure demand

• Track conversion, margins, and trends

• Iterate quickly based on real sales data

• Expand beyond tees into caps, hoodies, bags, accessories, and event-specific gear

Expand Into Social Commerce

• Evaluate and potentially launch TikTok Shop

• Integrate Instagram and Facebook Shops

• Create shoppable content

• Identify trend alignment opportunities
