Behavior Therapist
Behavioral Autism Therapies is hiring for part-time to full-time Behavior Therapists. They are based in Ontario but they have clients all over Southern CA. This will be ideal for the CHW Apprentices who are enrolled in a Bachelor's program.
Job Description:
Join the team at Behavioral Autism Therapies (B.A.T.) and make a difference! They’re looking for passionate therapists to provide one-on-one support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities in classroom and or in-home settings.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Work directly with consumers in a supportive classroom/home environment
✅ Collaborate with Clinical Supervisors to track progress and update programs
✅ Attend family clinic meetings and professional development sessions
✅ Maintain open communication with supervisors and families
✅ Follow ethical and behavioral intervention guidelines
What You Need:
✔ Bachelor’s (process of obtaining Bachelor's) or Master’s Degree OR RBT Certification
✔ A reliable method of communication and transportation
✔ Ability to stand, kneel, sit, and lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
