Position Overview
As a Sales Representative at California Computer Options, you’ll be a key player in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities. Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new business using a consultative sales approach.
- Conduct daily outbound calls and schedule face-to-face meetings with prospective clients.
- Report regularly to the branch office with activity and pipeline updates.
- Present the full suite of California Computer Options’ IT solutions and services.
- Develop and deliver customized proposals based on client business needs.
- Foster long-term relationships with decision-makers to promote client retention and satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales quotas and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Provide post-sale follow-up and ensure client success and satisfaction

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of B2B or technology solution sales experience (Managed IT, MSP preferred). Relevant internships may be considered.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Creative, forward-thinking, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
