We are currently hiring a Hotel Cook to join our dynamic Hospitality Team! As a key part of our kitchen operations, you’ll help create high-quality meals and ensure an excellent dining experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and producing menu items following approved recipes and cooking methods

• Assisting the Hotel Chef de Cuisine and Hotel Sous Chef as needed

• Maintaining food preparation standards, portion control, and presentation quality

• Meeting kitchen production goals during assigned shifts

• Following all health code regulations and organizational cleanliness standards

• Safely operating kitchen equipment and handling food storage

Qualifications:

• Passion for culinary arts and guest service

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment

• Basic food safety knowledge preferred (training provided if needed)
